Last January was my first visit to Istanbul. I was interested in seeing as many sights as possible as Istanbul has an amalgamation of wonderful cultures and history. I liked their itenaries the most but since I am located in Egypt, I couldn't pay through Paypal so I called the number on the website and it was all made easy from there. I filled in a form and put my credit card number and 20% was taken as down payment. Everything was very organized, the guides were excellent, the pick ups were comfortable and punctual. We have a wonderfully unforgettable time. We originally had only booked the Borsa half day Istanbul tour and Princes' Islands' trip but after enjoying their service, I contacted Mr. Mustafa for the Borsa trip as well and they gave us a discount! i had two tours with the company : Dolmabahce Palace and Cable Car (Full Day) & cruise with Lunch, the best thing is their punctuality in time, the full day tour was on Sunday which was very crowded and difficult for my mother, and since our hotel was far from attraction areas, Mustafa the founder of the company picked up him self from the major company which arranged the whole tour, it took us almost one hour till we reached our hotel, and was so kind. the cruise tour was great and astonishing, there was a visit to village near black sea and was a very good opportunity to have that experience with a cheerful group on the cruise. i'll diffidently will try them again.Tour: Bosphorus Cruise and Dolmabahce Palace Tour

This was our first tour of the first day of our holiday on our first day in Istanbul ,so it was with great awe that we went round the Bosphorus and looked at all the buildings and palaces and hotels on its banks. The tour was well organised , the bus was on time and there was no delay in boarding the Boat. It was a sunny and windy day and the music and the snacks available made it a comfortable ride.Our guide was good , spoke good engliish and meticulously pointed out each spot with a bit of its history. The three hours were well spent .After the tour we were given the option of being dropped back at our hotels or any place of our choice .That was very helpul as we could utilize the rest of our day at Taksim Square.
