The ease and comfort with which the whole six day tour of destinations within Turkey was organised for us by Mr Mustafa. From India itself Mr Mustafa was very prompt on the email and whatsapp. The tour details were all organised by him, and we were fully dependent on him.
The hotels that he had booked for us were very satisfactory, the transport details were very punctual, in very comfortable vehicles, and in small groups.
And during the tour he was ready to receive our calls and solve our problems even late at night!
We did compare with other tourists about the prices and the hotels they were accommodated in. We did seem to have gotten the best deals in terms of transport, guides and hotels which were within or close to the cities.
Some of the meals were Turkish regional food, in way of places.
Yes maybe more local food would probably have been better, even if lesser in number of items.

We were group of 8 people and had a great Private Driver/Guided travel package with very reasonable rate .Everthing was on time on each step by transport and polite tour guides,Turkish meals was yummy as we wish,accomodation at 4* hotels in the central locations. l can say that the entire tour was very informative by experienced local guides in each town. if we go to Turkey , l will use the same tour operator

We went on a 6-day tour around Turkey operated by Mustafa Ceviz. It's important to know that Mustafa organizes the tour through partners in different cities. As an operator, we give Mustafa 5 stars! He was always available whenever we had problems early in the morning or late at night. He would reply fast (within 10-30 minutes) during the tour. For some e-mails though, follow-up was needed. When we encountered problems such as a broken AC unit, the organizer did not want to change our van but Mustafa called and sorted it out. He provided us all that was in the tour itinerary we paid for (hot air balloon, swimming, tours etc). The only mishaps on our trip were caused by partners fault but again were fixed with his help. Maybe point of improvement is to ensure quality of partners. If you are going on a trip to Turkey, I suggest that you book with Mustafa. However, research on the best hotel option (pay extra if you want nicer accommodations). Also, try to specify in advance the type of tour guide you want, if any. We had some tour guides who explained little. In general though, all were very nice and informative. Thanks Mustafa for making our vacation fun and enjoyable.

The tour was awesome, thanks to Mr. Mustafa Ceviz from The Land of Civilizations Travel for the organized 6-day trip. Me and my friend are very satisfied and wish to come back to visit other tourist spots in Turkey. Tour transfers were smooth, guides were well-equipped of their culture and history, tour price was reasonable, food was good, hotels were homey. Overall, it was a better experience.
