He organised everything very well and based on our needs the tour was made flexible.He made sure we got the best deals everywhere we choose to go. We were 3 families with kids age group 4 to 12 . Tour started with Istanbul then Antalya, Kusadasi, Pamukkale and Cappadocia with ballon ride and paragliding. The whole trip was arranged so that we were not tired and enjoyed every place. This tour was fantastic, every day was amazing and interesting and Mustafa organised everything perfectly and was always available to speak to and also called us at the end of the tour to make sure everything was OK. The accommodation was good and everything worked seamlessly, everyone knew where and when to collect us and it was great not being part of a big group tour, it felt like we were by ourselves making our way around turkey and most of the time we had a private driver. My husband and I did the 6 day Istanbul Ephesus Pamukkale tour organized by Mr. Mustapha Ceviz. The trip was very well organized from pick-up at the airport on the 11th May till drop-off on the 16th May.
We stayed at the Askoc Hotel in Istanbul which had a wonderful location close to everything in the old European side with a beautiful view. However, I would recommend you upgrade to the 5 star option if you are particular about the hotel. Shower on the last night had a bit of mould and the shower head wasn't functional. No tea and coffee provided in rooms you need to upgrade for that but there are many little coffee shops close by. The breakfast was decent though.
We stayed at the Ilayda Avant-garde In Kusadasi which was brilliant. Make sure to request upgrade to sea view when booking the room it is well worth it. Wish we had stayed longer.
The tours in Istanbul are very well organized and value for money and you get a lot done during the day tours.
In Pamukkale before lunch you stop at an onyx factory and they also claim to sell zultanite jewelry, but upon further research it's generally colour changing glass if you don't get an authenticity certificate which we didn't. At EUR60 I'll write it off as costume jewelry, but to avoid disappointment get your zultanite at a reputed jeweler with certification.

I've given a 5 star rating to the tour because it was REALLY well coordinated. We had a fabulous time in Turkey, mostly because we found Mustafa Ceviz and he took care of everything. He arranged all airport pickups and dropoffs, all hotels, all tours, all internal flights... all we had to do was enjoy it. Our trip occurred around the airport attack and the coup attempt, so there were a couple glitches, but we had Mustafa's cel number so those glitches were both handled within 15 minutes. We took the side trip to Cappadocia, which I highly recommend... it was the highlight of our entire summer. Mustafa himself is very nice, and very attentive, so you have nothing to worry about with him in your back pocket. I went to Turkey last March to attend a course in Antalya. I have taken the opportunity to visit interesting places in Istanbul and Cappadocia. These were all made possible with the help from the traveling agency (The Land of Civilizations Travel). I have contacted the agency operator Mr. Mustafa Ceviz via email before I came to Turkey. I joined the one and a half days tour in Istanbul, visited the beautiful historical places in the Istanbul Old City and have a great ride on the Bosphorus Cruise. His team members are very friendly, helpful and professional. And the tour guides are knowledgeable and speak good English. I just knew about Cappadocia when I arrived at my course venue in Antalya. I have made a last minute decision to visit Cappodocia within the limited time left before I return to my home country. Again I contacted Mr. Mustafa Ceviz to seek for his assistance. All the arrangement was done in the evening just 3 hours prior to my flight from Antalya-Istanbul-Kayseri. They arranged a driver and shuttle bus to pick me up at the Kayseri airport when I reached there in the middle of the night and brought me to the cave hotel in Cappadocia. The following morning I have my unforgettable hot balloon ride and enjoyed the beautiful scenes throughout the Cappadocia day tour. And on the same evening they arranged the transportation to send me back to the Kayseri airport. I really appreciate the efficacy arrangement from them and gave me such a nice experience and memorable tour in Turkey. Great job and thank you very much. We only had 1 week to prepare our trip to Turkey and we were fortunate to have stumbled onto Mr Mustafa Ceviz's travel website on the internet....everything was "no problem". He responded to our emails promptly. He organized everything including transfers to hotels and airports, travel to all the sites including domestic flights. When we were there, he made sure, without intruding on our privacy, that we were on track for our entire 6 days we were in Turkey. We covered enough attractions for the days we were there. Though it wasn't too cold, we do recommend an umbrella or light rain coat, as the tours still went ahead in rainy weather. Turkey has a lot to offer and we hope to return for another visit. We went on a 6-day tour around Turkey operated by Mustafa Ceviz. It's important to know that Mustafa organizes the tour through partners in different cities. As an operator, we give Mustafa 5 stars! He was always available whenever we had problems early in the morning or late at night. He would reply fast (within 10-30 minutes) during the tour. For some e-mails though, follow-up was needed. When we encountered problems such as a broken AC unit, the organizer did not want to change our van but Mustafa called and sorted it out. He provided us all that was in the tour itinerary we paid for (hot air balloon, swimming, tours etc). The only mishaps on our trip were caused by partners fault but again were fixed with his help. Maybe point of improvement is to ensure quality of partners. If you are going on a trip to Turkey, I suggest that you book with Mustafa. However, research on the best hotel option (pay extra if you want nicer accommodations). Also, try to specify in advance the type of tour guide you want, if any. We had some tour guides who explained little. In general though, all were very nice and informative. The tour was awesome, thanks to Mr. Mustafa Ceviz from The Land of Civilizations Travel for the organized 6-day trip. Me and my friend are very satisfied and wish to come back to visit other tourist spots in Turkey. We booked our 6 day tour through Mr. Mustafa Ceviz from "Land of Civilizations Travel". Mr. Mustafa customized the places and duration of the stay according to what we wanted to see. He also booked the balloon ride for one of the days in Cappadocia which was much lower price than what we found on the websites of balloon companies. All things were arranged and done quite professionally. I would say the price was quite reasonable for the services delivered and would recommend them. He does use local tour operators for daily sightseeing and arranges transportation between places. You should be aware all these sightseeing tour operators take you to commercial places hoping you buy something, rushing through some of the important places.Tour: 6 Day Istanbul Ephesus Pamukkale Tours

Took a 6 day tour with these people and despite some issues still really enjoyed it and it was good value for money. However, beware of extras like additional costs for excursions not in the itinery (you either pay the extra and go on the excursion or wait in a town until the excursion is finished and they pick you up). Also not listed in the itinery are visits to leather factories, onyx factories, pottery and carpet weaving, as a captive audience you are taken to these places in the hope you will buy their goods. Do check that these trips can be fitted in without impinging on the time available to spend at the locations you have specifically come to see. We had to argue with one guide to have longer than 20 minutes at Monk Valley, Cappadoccia, because we were scheduled to fit in a carpet weaving trip! We were also not picked up at the bus station after the overnight journey and had to make our own way to the hotel.
