Exceeded expectations

Last January was my first visit to Istanbul. I was interested in seeing as many sights as possible as Istanbul has an amalgamation of wonderful cultures and history. So I bumped into a website called www.istanbultourservice.com while searching tours on Google. I liked their itenaries the most but since I am located in Egypt, I couldn't pay through Paypal so I called the number on the website and it was all made easy from there. I filled in a form and put my credit card number and 20% was taken as down payment. Mr. Mustafa Ceviz from The Land of Civilizations Travel was coordinating with me through e-mail and on the phone pick up times and trip details for my group of 5. Everything was very organized, the guides were excellent, the pick ups were comfortable and punctual. We have a wonderfully unforgettable time. We originally had only booked the Borsa half day Istanbul tour and Princes' Islands' trip but after enjoying their service, I contacted Mr. Mustafa for the Borsa trip as well and they gave us a discount! Overall a good choice :-)
